No, we use your information for internal process only.
I can’t find my item.
We are constantly adding items, so check back frequently or email us the item description and we’ll investigate it.
I selected the wrong item when completing the order.
If you still have the product, create a new order. If it’s been shipped to us, we’ll catch it during the valuation process and reevaluate the item. What are the video game options?
Insert / Artwork: is found wrapped around the game. It will have the graphics, title, ESRB rating etc.
Manual: Is found inside the case, its the instructions on how to play the game. Some games don't have physical manuals but can be downloaded from the publishers website.
Case: This the hard plastic case that protects the game. Its normally black or white depending on what the console is.
What Video Game formats do you accept?
Currently we only accept NTSC and region 1 items that are designed for the United States / North America. PAL or any other Region code will not have a value.
Do you accept items outside the US?
No, all items and orders must be shipped from within the US.
Does my offer expire?
Yes, the offer expires after 14 days. The package must be postmarked no later than 14 days after the order date.
What happens if I mailed it after the quote expired?
Upon receipt the item will be flagged as expired and will need to go through the revalution process. This will drastically slow the process down as we’ll require feedback from you on how to proceed.
How long is the process?
A normal transaction will be less than a week once received. The process time will depend on if the product is in the expected condition and what payment method you selected. You can track your order by using the supplied link in the order created email or by logging into your account.
I forgot to include some items to my order?
Send us an email, giving us a heads up but we will catch it during the valuation process and a revaluation will be done.
What happens if you don’t agree with the condition?

How do I track my order?
Your order receipt email will have a link allowing you to check the status of your package.
How long does it take to receive?
Normally a package will be received in 2-5 days.
What is the minimum to have prepaid shipping?
A minimum order of $10.00 is needed to complete the order with free shipping.
My package was damaged in shipping, what is covered?
Securing the items for safe travel is your responsibility. Trade4cash is not responsible for any damage to your items that may occur during shipping. Visit Trade4Cash.com/HowtoTrade/Shipping for more information.
My package was not delivered and it shows no tracking, what is covered?
Securely dropping off your package is your responsibility. We recommend dropping your package off at the Post Office. Trade4cash is not responsible for any package not scanned or lost during shipping. You may file a claim with USPS for any lost package. Visit Trade4Cash.com/HowtoTrade/Shipping for more information.
What are my payment options?
You have 4 options: PayPal (Fastest), mailed check, eGift Card or you can donate the proceeds to a charity.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
All we need is a valid email address to send the money to. PayPal allows us to transfer the money without setting up an account. More information can be found by visiting www.PayPal.com.
What happens if my mailed check is lost?
We will cancel the check and reissue.
