Find your exact item by typing the items description into the search bar where it will auto-fill based off what you have typed. Or you can browse for your item by searching a category.

Select condition and options for correct valuation

Select the appropriate condition of your item. Selecting the correct condition will ensure fast payment. Read all the criteria when selecting a confition as this will increase or decrease the payment amount and may cause a delay in processing.

Please note that we only accept video games with an ESRB rating. Any other rating system will be revalued to $0.00.

Packing your item(s)

Use an appropriate amount of packing materials to ensure the product is safe during shipment. Use bubble wrap, newspaper, packing peanuts or anything else that will help protect the product from being damaged if dropped, tossed or crammed. Use a bubble mailer if your item is small enough as this has protective material built right in. If using a box, please choose one that does not have any holes, rips or tears of has been worn out from previous use. Adequately tape your box closed, ensuring safe shipment and to discourage any tampering.

Shipping Label

You will be supplied with a pre-paid shipping label and packing slip after you create an order. They can be found in your account in your orders. Please place the packing slip inside the shipment and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package. If no packing slip is found, extra time will be needed to determine and figure out what the correct order is.

Shipping

We use USPS for all pre-paid shipments. We recommend that all packages are dropped off  at a post office to ensure all packages are scanned and can be tracked. Please note if you choose to leave your package in a mailbox or the package is not scanned by the USPS, Trade4Cash cannot be held liable for the contents of the package. If a package is not delivered and has been lost you will need to file a claim with USPS.

Shipment Tracking

You will be supplied a custom URL that will allow you to track your package. After we receive the package the notifications will come from Trade4Cash concerning where your order is in the process.

Shipment processed and items inspected

After we receive the shipment we will process the order. Here is where we will confirm the package contents and condition. If we find a discrepancy between the order and what was shipped we will reevaluate the item(s) and email you a revised order describing what we found and why we revaluated them.

Get paid!

After processing we will make the payment based off your selection and notify you after completion. The payment options are:

Mailed Check

Check is mailed via USPS and its travel time is dependent on location, weather and days of operation.

Amazon e-gift card

Amazon will email you the e-gift card. E-gift cards are subject to Amazon's Terms of Use. It can take up to 1 business day for the transaction to be completed. Be sure to check your spam folders for the email.
